Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup coarsely black pepper
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground coffee
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in a dry cool place for up to 30 days.
