If you’re looking for cocktail classes in Orlando with serious culinary credibility, look no further than Four Flamingos. This Michelin-recommended restaurant has earned its recognition for four consecutive years running. It is the brainchild of acclaimed chef and television personality Richard Blais of FOX’s Next Level Chef and Bravo’s Top Chef fame. Craft Cocktail Classes at The Courtesy – Winter Park
For those who want to learn from the bar that started it all, The Courtesy is a must. Opened in 2012, this is Orlando’s first and original dedicated craft cocktail bar. It built its reputation downtown before relocating to its current Winter Park home. Today, it continues to set the standard for serious mixology in Central Florida. Truly, it’s a must-do for any true local cocktail lover or visitor to Orlando. Creative drink recipes are tested exhaustively before ever hitting the menu. As a result, only the very best survive each seasonal update. Their themed “Nightmare Bar” during Halloween and “Miracle Bar” for Christmas are also can’t-miss experiences!
Their signature menu boasts some standout cocktails. The “Daydreamer,” made with vodka, spiced cranberry, lemon, and elderflower syrup, is sweet, refreshing, and perfectly spring-like with a slight kick. The “Deku Tree” with gin, aloe, Midori, lemon, and honey is a surprisingly delightful sipper. If you prefer whiskey, the “Tourist Season” is your drink. It features American whiskey, pineapple rum, smoked honey, and tobacco bitters. If you love Old Fashioneds, you’ll really love this one!

Prohibition Era Cocktail Classes at The Edison – Disney Springs, Lake Buena Vista
Equal parts dinner theater and drinking school, The Edison at Disney Springs is one of Orlando’s most distinctive dining destinations. Better yet, it’s an incredible place for cocktail classes in Orlando. The theme goes all out. Designed to evoke a 1920s electric company in the fictional town of “Disney Springs.” The Edison exudes an air of romance and Old World sophistication. Dramatic 35-foot ceilings and a range of steampunk-inspired dĂ©cor create an unforgettable backdrop. They won the 2025 Diners’ Choice award for “Great for Cocktails.” It’s easy to see why, as their mixologists treat every drink as a work of art.
Their signature cocktails are just as show-stopping as the space itself. The “Patented Old Fashioned,” made with Basil Hayden bourbon, Angostura, and simple syrup, is a classic, especially smoked! Equally popular is the “Strawberry Fields Forever,” crafted with Wheatley Vodka, St-Germain liqueur, honey, lime juice, strawberry, and mint. For the ultimate wow factor, level up your cocktail experience with one of their High Roller Cocktails. “A Fire in Vermont” is served flaming barside!
