It’s a great way to meet fellow sandwich enthusiasts and share in some good eats. If you’ve never been to a Food Truck Bazaar – the nation’s original food truck tour – organizer Mark Baratelli of TheDailyCity.com sets the scene like this: “Imagine a parking lot full of food trucks filled with delicious gourmet & ethnic foods, BBQ and desserts. 7. GO For The Foodie Trifecta: Cheese, Wine & Chocolate!
If you asked me the proverbial question “what would you take to a deserted island?”, my answer would be: “Wine, Cheese & Chocolate!” On Friday September 26th, you won’t need to go to those extremes to enjoy Wine, Cheese and Chocolate, perfectly paired. GO to Quantum Leap Winery at 7pm and indulge in four unique and tasty pairings of Quantum Leap Winery wines, La Femme du Fromage cheeses and Peterbrooke Chocolatier of Winter Park chocolate confections. This fun tasting event is hosted by my favorite “cheese lady” – La Femme du Fromage – Tonda Corrente Nazario; Jill Ramsier, co-owner of Orlando’s first and only winery, Quantum Leap; and Lisa Wilk, founder of Orlando Uncorked, local wine educator extraordinaire, food writer and blogger. They are like the Foodie Wonder Women League – I just coined that name – and I want to join in on their fun! How about you? Details are being finalized, so save the date and stay tuned. I know you won’t want to miss it! GO for the Foodie Trifecta -Cheese, Wine & Chocolate!

These all look like so much fun, but my food allergies/preferences limit me on them. Ugh.. oh and my budget.. LOL.. 🙂
Food allergies are tough! In the end it doesn’t matter what food you have, it’s sharing it with family and friends that’s most important. But I do hope you get to find something yummy to eat!
