This is homemade whipped cream to the next level! You've tried Tiramisu and Italian cheesecake. This is much easier and can be just as decadent. Simply top with fresh fruit or a more elegant grilled peaches and wine poached cherries.
Tip: remove mascarpone cheese out of the fridge a few minutes before using so it softens but is still chilled. (Adjust timing depending on your house temperature.) Don’t let mascarpone get too warm and don’t overbeat it.
